Floral Terms and Conditions

---

By placing an order with Vallimayil Flowers, you agree to our flower delivery terms outlined below. Please read these flower shop policies carefully before confirming your order.

Orders and pricing. All orders are confirmed once we acknowledge them via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Prices are specified in Indian Rupees and may fluctuate during peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and wedding season. Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless an alternate agreement has been made.

Fresh flowers and substitution. As flowers are natural and seasonal, if a specific flower, foliage, or container is unavailable, we may substitute with an item of equal or greater value while adhering to the style and color scheme of your arrangement. Please note, the photographs on our site are indicative; every arrangement is handcrafted and may exhibit slight variations.

Delivery. We provide flower delivery across Madurai and to customers throughout India via our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a neighbor, at a security desk, or with reception, thus marking the delivery as complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer may lead to failed delivery, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Cancellations. You may cancel your order free of charge up to [24/48] hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges as flowers will have already been sourced. Wedding flower agreements are subject to a non-refundable advance.

Quality concerns. If you are unsatisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will either replace the arrangement or issue a refund if the complaint is validated.

Safety. Flowers and foliage are not for consumption and should be kept away from children and pets. Please inform us at the time of ordering if the recipient has any known allergies.

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
